- You can create an ad hoc meeting yourself by dialing gatekeeper.nordu.net
- Press 0
- Enter your desired meeting ID followed by #
- Enter pin code if you want pin code protection followed by # - OR just # to skip pin protection.
- You meeting is being created with you chosen Meeting_ID
- Communicated the Meeting_ID (And pin if you entered a pin code in step 3) to the other participants that can then join by using Teminal Access or WEB Based Access.
- NOTE: AD HOC Meetings has a limit of 6 4 participants and has lower priority to resources than meetings requested through[NORDUnet Video Conferencing Support|mailto:vconf@nordu.net].
- NOTE: In case of congestion or misuse AD HOC meetings might be terminated by the Administrator.
