Unscheduled:

• November 29th: The link between sthb-r1 - ume8-r1 went down due to an unannounced maintenance.
• November 19th: FPC errors on router tug-r2 that affected the link towards NRM. All services were restored after a reboot of the card.
• November 16th: The link between sites ARE64 (Järpen) and OSD (Östersund) was down. Service partially restored after fiber was repaired. Service between Trondheim - Narvik troubleshooting continues in SUNETTICKET-8249.
• November 16th: The link between sites GLV1 (Gällivare) and JKK1 (Jokkmokk) is showing high reflection near Gällivare after planned maintenance. Problem was solved after provider moved the circuit to another fiber pair.
• November 15th: After planned maintenance SUNETTICKET-8221 it wasn't possible to calibrate optical amplifier due to high reflection. After technician cleaned patches and contacts in site Gussa Svenstorp we managed to calibrate and services got restored.
• November 14th: The link between GBG7 - VLA flapped for a few seconds. The reason for the outage was a unannounced fiber reconnnection by provider technician.
• November 8th: The link between MDH - FSN2 was down after maintenance on SUNETTICKET-8212. Fiber has been repaired now and the services are back up.
• November 8th: The link between Abisko - Rensjön was down. The reason was a power outage at providers site.
  After the power was restored our optical equipment didn't start up, some hardware was broken and had to be replaced.
• November 3rd: The link between STHB and ESH went down after maintenance on SUNETTICKET-8197 due to human error.
• November 1st: wiki.sunet.se became unavailable.
• October 26th: wiki.sunet.se became unavailable.
• October 22nd: Major and a minor error on FPC 3 in router lla1-r2. All services were restored after a reboot of the card.

Scheduled:

• November 28th: Provider performed a power maintenance in Narvik.
• November 22nd: SUNET performed software upgrade on the router lin3-r1 in Linköping.
• November 15th: Supplier performed a fiber maintenance between Gällivare - Jokkmokk, however it is not possible to restore the services after it was completed. There is an issue with high reflection near Gällivare, that issue will be tracked on SUNETTICKET-8249
• November 15th: Move of optical equipment at the ILA site in Lyby to a new site in Hörby. 1hour after the migration one of the fibers started reporting high reflection. Created SUNETTICKET-8246 for the incident.
• November 14th: Supplier performed planned circuit relocation maintenance between Göteborg - Varla.
• November 14th: Replacement of router ltu-r2 at the LTU campus.
• November 9th: Provider performed a planned maintenance in Hamburg that affected MS-express services.
• November 9th: Provider performed a cable maintenance that affected the link between Skövde - Ulricehamn.
• November 9th: Fiber provider preformed fiber maintenance Göteborg - Varla.
• November 9th: Fiber provider preformed fiber maintenance Göteborg - Varla.
• November 8th: Provider performed an upgrade maintenance that affected the IP-VPN customer connection to RISE Aurorumvägen 2 Luleå.
• November 7th: Provider performed a cable maintenance on the fiber between MDH2 and FSN2.
• November 6th: Provider performed a migration maintenance that affected the IP-VPN customer connection for RISE Hörneborgsvägen 12 Domsjö.
• November 6th: Supplier performed rerouting maintenance in Stockholm.
• November 6th: Provider performed an upgrade maintenance that affected the IP-VPN customer connection to RISE Fridtunagatan 41 Linköping.
• November 3rd: Supplier performed cable work in Stockholm that affected one of the links towards Marie Cedershiöld Högskola.
• November 2nd: Provider performed migration maintenance that affected the  IP-VPN customer connection to RISE Aurorumvägen 2 Luleå.
• October 31st: Service provider performed migration maintenance that affected IP-VPN customer connections to RISE in Sven Hultins plats 5, Arvid Hedvalls Backe 4 and Gibraltargatan 35 in Göteborg.
• October 20th: Provider performed fiber maintenance on the stretch between Kiruna and Gällivare.
