System capacity:
The system has three virtual conference rooms. These can be reached both internally and externally.
The IP Office can handle up to 64 conference calls simultaneously. This could be one conference with 64 participants, or three separate conferences with a combined maximum of 64 participants.
We Currently Have 30 In/Out - The Primary Allocation for each Conference will be 9 persons / Conference expandable to 27 Persons if "borrow" from the other conference owners and coordinate with them.
Instructions for use:
When dialing into the conference system externally, you will be prompted for a PIN-code. Depending on the dialed PIN-code, you will be transferred to the corresponding conference room.
