- Give NRENs an understanding on how the wallets will work
- Assess how to use national infra for education and research
- Understand how much synergy there could be with the gov wallets
- Understand what kind of credentials can be used
- Look at interop aspects across countries from the credential and wallet

- Outline architecture – until end of 2025
- Setup national NREN ecosystems and start testing interoperability – during 2026
- Establish and start testing NREN and governmental interoperability – during 2027
