- September 19th: A fiber break in Kalmar caused loss of redundancy for LNU, BTH and LU. All affected links was restored when the fiber was repaired.
- September 16th: Troubleshooting a software issue in the transmission NMS caused an unexpected outage on MAH's green link to SUNET.
- August 31st: The timing problem in the 4200 and the link down was caused by a faulty transponder which was replaced.

- September 25th: Our fibre supplier performed maintenance work causing outages for customers in the West Green network.
- September 21st: A fiber reconnection work was carried out in north red network.
