See Look through the table to see if there is a function group (functino groups are written in bold) that the function fits into. Then see the explanation about adding a new organisation above and instead of adding a column in step 3 you add a row at the bottom of the tablebelow the appropriate function group. If there is no function group that fits, create a new one.
