Unscheduled:
- May 30th: The link between Visby and Norrk=C3=B6ping was down due to a =
faulty fiber optic at the service supplier.
- May 25th: Fiber break in G=C3=A4vle caused an outage on one of the link=
to HIG and J=C3=A4rnv=C3=A4gsmuseet. Fiber was later repaired and connecti=
vity restored.
- May 21st: The link between MDH1 and SUNET core network (mdh-r1 - fsn2-r=
1) was down due to a fiber break.
- April 30th: The link between =C3=96rebro and Karlstad was down due to a=
fiber fault.
- April 24th: Major FPC error on lt=
u-r1 made the router unreachable. It was a transient HW error.
Scheduled:
- April 13th: We saw low optical power on the fiber between Karlsta=
d and Bj=C3=B6rneborg. The reason was a bad fiber. After the fiber was chan=
ged the optical values was restored to normal.
- May 30th: Provider carried out maintenance on the dark fiber between Fr=
edh=C3=A4ll and Ersta Sk=C3=B6ndals h=C3=B6gskola.
- May 29th: The circuits connected to the ki-sw1 switch were optimized by=
applying port-extender functionality on ki-r1 router.
- May 28th: Port-extender functionality was applied on the uu-r2 router.<=

u-br1 has now been decommissioned.

aintenance in their network.

planned fibre maintenance in Karlstad.

nd optical equipment to a new server room. During this service window the s=
oftware on the routers mdh-r1.sunet.se and mdh-r2.sunet.se were upgraded to=
a new software version.

e upgrade on core routers. The routers are onsala-r1 and lin3-r1.
- May 2nd: Fiber supplier performe=
d splicing of fiber due to construction work in Norrk=C3=B6ping.
- May 2nd: Core router klx1-r1 and=
tug-r2 has been upgraded.
